When The Hamilton Spectator approached us with an idea for a democracy-driven website about Hamilton moving 100 years into the future we weren't sure if they were crazy or brilliant. When the project won two awards and became the recipient of critical acclaim, we knew we had made the right decision by hearing them out! factor[e] planned, designed and built the interface and functionality that made it work.
